Who we are
Call The 5's ("we", "us") is a licensed taxi and private hire operator registered at 24 Cornwall Road, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1RX. We are the data controller for the personal information you share when you book or enquire about a journey with us.
What we collect
When you book a ride, contact us, or use our website we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight or cruise number, accessibility needs, free-text notes, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and deliver your booking, communicate with you about your ride, take payment, comply with licensing and legal requirements, and (where you have agreed) to send occasional service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for seven years for tax and licensing purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. Website logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights please email [email protected]. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary session cookies to keep you signed into the admin area. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
